 The
community of Belmont West features sidewalks, curbs and
gutters, and street lamps. There is ample green
space and wooded areas. There will be a pool for the

entrance to Belmont. Belmont West's ideal location in Ruther Glen, just off I-95 makes it convenient to medical facilities, shopping, dining, and entertainment in Caroline County, Carmel Church, Bowling Green, Ladysmith, Ashland, Richmond, and Fredericksburg.
