Crown
Homes is a locally owned and operated family-run building
company. Three of the owners (wife, husband, and daughter)
were born in Fredericksburg. The fourth (son) has lived here
since age two.
The founders of Crown Homes have been in real estate in the
Fredericksburg area for more than 30 years. Starting in the land
development business, it was a natural transition to move into
residential home construction. Crown Homes has been building in
the local area for more than a decade of those 30+ years of real
estate business experience. We at Crown Homes believe in a “Hands On” approach to our business. After all, we love Fredericksburg. It is our home and has been since our birth. We care deeply about this area and about how we do business. We take pride in going “The Extra Mile”. Our homes are built with that same pride and exceptional quality. We totally believe in giving back to our community and do so through contributions to Mary Washington Hospital, the Fredericksburg Area Museum, the Bragg Hill Family Life Center, the Caroline County YMCA, Germanna Community College, and many entities that help children and others that offer various activities for the elderly. In the fall of 2006 Crown Homes partnered with the Dawn Project and Habitat for Humanity to build a new home for a family in Caroline County. We also have been a major donor in support of the new No-Kill SPCA Building Project. We believe it is not only right to give back to our community – we believe it is our duty. Crown Homes built all the homes in Mansfield Club, a 55 and older villa community in Fredericksburg. We have also built in Watford Village, Ruffins Pond, Breezewood, River Meadows, the City of Fredericksburg, Belmont at Carmel Church, and Martingale. We are presently building the Townes at Belmont West in Ruther Glen. |
