Policy
To homebuyers and brokers:
On-Site Sales Representatives
• Our
on-site sales representatives are acting as representatives for the
builder.
• Our sales representatives and sales associates are trained
to assist you with information about the homes we build, our
approach to building, community information and other general
questions you may have.
Broker Policy
• We warmly welcome
brokers to bring potential buyers. However, it is our policy that
we compensate a broker only if they accompany the purchaser to our
sales office/model home on their initial contact and register their
client with our sales representatives.
• Every homebuyer has the right to use a broker to represent
them in the purchase of one of our homes, however, if the broker
has not accompanied the purchaser on the first visit to the
community any fee charged by the agent will be at the expense of
the purchaser.
