
Our construction and customer care personnel are committed to the quality of your home both before and after the sale.
We offer a minimum of two occasions to address warrantable concerns during your first year of owning your home. The first is your new home orientation which is held during your walk-thru prior to settlement.
The second is at the 11th month anniversary of owning your new home. This is when you can make us aware of any items you would like for us to address. On each occasion you will meet personally with one of our construction/customer care individuals.
